1. Service Payments

Payments for digital marketing, content creation, and other services are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Cancellations

• Before Work Begins: A full refund may be provided if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment (so long the work plan has not been made yet, or the work initiated).
• After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
